A Dream Born in the Highlands
Kafe Atsabe was started in 2017 by one of the children of coffee farmers. With deep knowledge as a barista, and after working as a seasonal worker in Australia picking mangoes to save enough money, he returned to Timor-Leste with a vision.
Kafe Atsabe was born to transform the Timor-Leste coffee sector — especially Atsabe coffee — into a source of pride, prosperity, and opportunity for the people of Timor-Leste.
